Oh, it really have been a while. I do have tons of pictures I want to upload, stories to tell and so on. However, lately I've just been so tired. Fortunately I am feeling more and more like myself as the days go by, so hopefully I'll be able to catch up.

But for now here are some pictures Mrs Emma shot while she and her lovely camera were visiting a few days ago. I would love to post some pictures of Mike and me as well, but ... erhm, Emma took approximately 200 pictures of Samuel, one of me where I look a bit like an axe murderer and Mike was busy working in Vejle that day, so it's all Samuel.









He finally started talking, or at least he said his first word. It is "Ja" which is Danish for Yes. He only said it 4-5 times the last few weeks or so, but we have decided that it counts! He is talking! And yesterday while Samuel and I were out with my stepmother and my stepsister he said "Daddy" several times in a row. It is all very exciting. We are very happy that his first words are "Ja" and "Daddy". Some friends of ours told us that the first word of their eldest daughter had been "No". I think that would have made me reevaluate how I talked to my child and how many times I used that word. Now we are just hoping for "Thanks" and "please to be his next word and then we have the perfect little polite child.
