Drawing

Samuel learned a new word - "tegn" which is short for "tegne", the Danish word for draw. He loves to draw and we already have plenty of pieces of paper with his scribbles on.


For reasons unknown to us, he skipped all the "normal baby" ways of holding a pencil and went straight to holding it the way grown ups do. He must have seen us do it and then copied it.


He loves drawing with his dad who can actually draw - I mean draw other things than flowers and hearts which is as far as my drawing talents stretch. Mike tells me that his dad is also really good at drawing so maybe it is something in the genes.


Apparently drawing with dad can be really exciting.


But what is daddy drawing?

An elephant? Ahh, a pooping elephant. I see, much cooler than flowers!
