Two brothers

Is this what it is like having two children?

Samuel is not into cuddling or hugging, but when it comes to Magnus, he can't get enough of him. He loves it when Magnus is laying on top of him, or next to him on a blanket.

When Magnus cries he runs and gets him a pacifier, and if he drools, Samuel is sure to wipe it up.

Once Samuel burned his finger, he sat on my lap for a while. I held a wet cloth to his finger and stroked his back, trying to calm him. When he had recovered some, he told me he wanted to lay on the blanket on the ground. I laid him down there and he immediately asked me if I could lay Magnus next to him.

And often when I pass Magnus sitting in his chair or laying on his blanket, I notice that Samuel have given him one of his cars to play with.

It also works the other way around. Magnus thinks Samuel is one of the most exciting things in the world. He can make Magnus laugh so hard, and Magnus is always looking at his brother with a look of pure adoration. It is so sweet!


I can just picture the two of them setting out into the world, hand in hand, playing cowboys, conquering the world, being mighty pirates and travelling to the moon together.

It is going to be great! I can hardly wait : )
