Two years ago ... and a few days

This post was supposed to be written last Monday, on February the 2nd. On our actual wedding anniversary. However due to computer problems and just plain bad planning we are delighted to present it to you now.

But imagine that you are reading this on the 2nd and imagine that you are looking at all these nice and funny pictures of Mike and Lene from their wedding day surrounded by friends and family. You have to imagine that because all those pictures are on Lenes computer which is right now spending the next three weeks at the computer-repair-people.

This was pretty much all we could find:

But that was how it all began. A lot of things have happened the last two years - a finished masters degree, a few job offers, a few websites designed, one pregnancy and one perfect baby, a few jobs have been left and plans have been made and changed.

Right now we are content and very happy. Lene is working as a daycare-mom making it possible for her to stay home with Samuel and enjoy this cool part of his life. Mike just accepted a job offer for a job in Vejle for 1 year. He will be there 3 days a week and working from home 2 days of week. It is a nice solution for us since Vejle is approximately 2h15m away by train. We love our apartment and have made it fit our ever-changing needs so well. Life is so great and we feel richly blessed. And we love each other a lot, so what more can we ask for?

To celebrate our wedding and the last two years we went out for a nice dinner. We didn't take that many pictures seeing as how we were too busy enjoying it. But please enjoy these "lovely" pictures.

Lene eating a clam - first time ever. Notice the look of excitement/horror

The happy couple and their dessert

We look forward to the next many, many years!
