The haircut

Some of you may have noticed Samuels new haircut. It is a low-maintance one for sure.

However, we didn't exactly choose this haircut for him. He sort of indirectly made the decision.

Confused?

I know, me to. It was a very confusing day.

I had left Samuel alone by the table where he was cutting up a piece of paper.

I know, I know. First mistake. Never leave child with scissors unsupervised. I am still learning all this mum-stuff.

A little while later he came to the kitchen, proudly showing me this.

Not good!

A thorough cut; making it impossible to save

über cute baby, with all his hair still on, posing next to his brother.

Yes, there was a definite need for some sort of action. We decided for the trimmer.

The result!

This hairdo is also pretty cute, right? Or manly, or attractive, or whatever you're supposed to say about a two year olds haircut.

I also told him that cutting the hair was a definite no-no, and that scissors was only to be used for paper. Paper only! I was just about to tell him never to cut Magnus' hair either, but something told me that there was no reason to give him any ideas.
